A soybean is the densest package of protein and energy that grows in this climate. The whole company exists to open that package without damaging what is inside it.
Uyz Mai Industry LLP was registered on 2 November 2009 to process soybeans in what was then Almaty Region and is now Zhetysu. The people who founded it had already spent two decades in the agricultural and industrial markets of Kazakhstan and the CIS, and they chose one crop rather than a portfolio.
That decision shaped everything after it. The plant was built where the beans grow, inside the irrigated belt, rather than near a city. The product line stayed at four positions instead of spreading. The raw material base was developed with growers in the same district rather than bought on the open market. Focus is not a slogan here; it is the reason a buyer gets the same protein figure in June that they planned against in January.
Today the company processes 150,000 tonnes of soybeans a year and supplies poultry integrators, feed mills and food producers across Kazakhstan, from Uralsk in the west to Oskemen in the east.
